Inmobiliaria Cristalina, S.R.L. (“Casa Cristalina”, “we”, “our”) operates this website at casacristalina.com. We are based in the Dominican Republic.
2. Data we collect
When you contact us
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and — optionally — your WhatsApp number, country, preferred residence type, reservation timeline, and any message content you provide.
When you visit the site
Our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) automatically collects cookies, your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, time on page, and approximate location (country/region).
3. How we use your data
- Contact-form data — to respond to your enquiry, send you project information (pricing, floor plans, availability), and follow up with you about your interest in Casa Cristalina.
- Analytics data — to understand how visitors use our site, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve the user experience.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following service providers, each under a contract obligating them to protect it:
- Resend (resend.com) — processes and delivers transactional emails on our behalf, including your contact-form submission and our auto-reply to you.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — processes aggregated analytics data.
- Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts the website infrastructure.
These providers may process data in the United States and the European Union.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact-form data: retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate sales follow-up, up to a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default retention).

We use a small number of cookies to operate Google Analytics:
